Dr. Alicia is an experienced Child and Adolescent psychotherapist with over 20 years of clinical practice across Hong Kong and Singapore. She holds academic credentials, including a PhD from The University of Hong Kong and a Master's degree in Child and Adolescent Health from the University of Sydney.

She specializes in holistic and trauma-informed care, integrating Play Therapy, Sandplay Therapy, Somatic Experiencing™, Sensorimotor Art Therapy, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. Her practice handles complex trauma, developmental challenges, grief and loss, adoption and attachment issues, and parent-child relationships.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Alicia is committed to educating the next generation of mental health professionals. She serves as a Faculty Member at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and provides clinical supervision and training for practitioners navigating child and youth mental health.
