The initial consultation is charged separately.

The Diagnostic Process

A rigorous clinical pathway ensuring accuracy and acceptance by schools and medical boards.

1

Initial Consultation (Required)

Every case begins with a 1-hour session with a Senior Consultant (S$330) to review developmental history and confirm the correct testing roadmap for your child.

2

Clinical Testing & Data

Standardized testing is conducted via secure video or in-clinic. We also collect multi-source data from parents and teachers using digital questionnaires.

3

Report & Feedback

You receive a full clinical report detailing findings and a "School Action Plan." A feedback session is included in the assessment fee to explain the results.

Important Clinical Protocol: Written consent is sought prior to the commencement of any diagnostic assessment to gather and share information from other sources. If consent is not granted, this might impact our capacity to provide a formal diagnosis, although confidentiality will be strictly maintained. The final clinical report is the property of the parent/guardian and will not be shared with schools or third parties unless explicitly requested by you.

Common Questions

Why is the Initial Consultation charged separately?

The consultation is a standalone clinical service to review history and determine medical necessity. Not every child requires a full battery, and this session ensures you don't overpay for testing you don't need.

Do I need a "Screener" or a "Diagnosis"?

A Screener indicates risk. A Diagnostic Assessment provides proof. If you need exam accommodations (like extra time) or school placement support, schools typically require a full diagnostic report.

Is this recognized by International Schools?

Yes. We have experience offering services to a variety of international schools with varying curriculums and pedagogies (American, British, International Baccalaureate, etc.), and work closely with their learning support and pastoral care teams to provide relevant and appropriate recommendations.

Can this be done online?

For children aged 7+, most components (ADHD testing, neurodiversity testing, clinical interviews) are highly effective online. For Autism, we will provide a clear testing roadmap during the initial consultation session. All remote assessments use appropriate tools, trained facilitators, and relevant and secure software that maintain the highest ethical standards.
