Join Next CohortLook Beyond Behavior.
It can be challenging to manage behavior alone. Circle of Security Parenting™ helps you look beneath the surface to understand what your child is communicating.
Based on decades of attachment research, this program offers a roadmap to understanding your child's needs. You will learn when to support exploration and when to provide comfort—creating the "secure base" your child needs to develop.

Common Questions
Is this program suitable for parents of teenagers?
The core Circle of Security Parenting™ curriculum is designed primarily for parents of children aged 0-12 years. However, the concepts of attachment and "being a safe haven" are universal and can help parents of older teens understand emotional needs more clearly.
Do both parents need to attend?
Ideally, yes. When both parents speak the same emotional language, the clinical approach is more consistent for the child. However, we welcome single parents or individual attendees, who often find meaningful support in the group dynamic.
Is this group therapy?
COSP™ is a psycho-educational program, not clinical group therapy. While it is supportive, the focus is on learning the COSP framework and reflecting on parenting patterns, rather than treating mental health disorders.
